128GB M.2 430S SSD by Transcend. Its space-saving M.2 SATA form factor (42mm) is ideal for ultra compact computer systems. NAND flash memory in three dimensions. DRAM cache DDR3. SATA III 6Gb/s interface and SLC caching technologies provide fast transfer rates. To maintain data integrity, a RAID engine and LDPC (Low Density Parity Check) coding are used.
Supports Device Sleep Mode (DevSleep), which intelligently shuts down the SATA interface when not in use to extend laptop battery life. S.M.A.R.T., TRIM, and NCQ commands are supported.
