মূল্য পরিশোধ-
ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি বা সিওডি অর্থাৎ পণ্য পৌঁছে দেবার সময় নগদে মূল্য পরিশোধ করা যায় (বাংলাদেশের ৬৪টি জেলায় এই সুবিধা পাওয়া যাবে)। ঢাকার বাইরে সিওডি’র ক্ষেত্রে শিপিং চার্জ অগ্রিম প্রদান করতে হবে। বিকাশ, নগদ ও রকেট এর মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট করা যায়। যেকোন ভিসা ও মাস্টার কার্ড, ডিবিবিএল নেক্সাস কার্ডে পেমেন্ট করা যায়। পণ্যের মূল্য ২০,০০০ টাকার উপরে হয়ে থাকলে পণ্যের মূল্য পরিশোধ করতে হতে পারে।
Payment of price-
Cash on Delivery or COD the price can be paid in cash when the product is delivered (this facility is available in 64 districts of Bangladesh). In case of COD outside Dhaka, shipping charges must be paid in advance. Payment can be made through Bikash, Nagad and Rocket. Payment can be made to any Visa and MasterCard, DBBL Nexus Card. If the price of the product is above 20,000 Taka, the price of the product may have to be paid.

বর্তমানে বাংলাদেশের যেকোনো প্রান্তে নির্দিষ্ট পণ্যে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি সুবিধা রয়েছে।
অনলাইন ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি চার্জ/ কুরিয়ার চার্জ প্রযোজ্য।
আমরা কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস এর মাধ্যমে পণ্য ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন করে থাকি।
কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারকৃত পণ্যের সম্পূর্ণ কুরিয়ার চার্জ ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে।
বর্তমানে অনলাইন অর্ডারে ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে সময় ১ থেকে ৩ দিন অথবা তারও বেশি লাগতে পারে।
পেমেন্ট কনফার্মেশনের এসএমএস পাবার পর ৩ দিনের মধ্যে ক্রেতাকে পেমেন্ট করতে হবে। এর পর পেমেন্ট করলে পণ্য স্টক শেষ হয়ে যেতে পারে অথবা মূল্য পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
অর্ডারক্রীত পণ্য স্টকে না থাকলে ক্রেতার সম্মতিক্রমে পণ্য পরিবর্তন অথবা মূল্য রিফান্ড করা হবে।
Four Star IT Online Delivery Terms and Conditions-
Currently there is cash on delivery facility for certain products in any part of Bangladesh.
Delivery Charges / Courier Charges are applicable for online delivery.
We complete product delivery through courier service.
Full courier charges for products delivered by courier shall be borne by the buyer.
Currently online orders may take 1 to 3 days or more for delivery.
The buyer has to make the payment within 3 days after receiving the payment confirmation SMS. Payment after this may result in product out of stock or price change.
If the ordered product is not in stock, the product will be changed or the price refunded with the consent of the buyer.
